Our philosophy to ministry is to children. It is easier to mould children than to mend adults.
Besides, children of today are the adults of tomorrow who will be saddled with the social and spiritual responsibilities of leading humanity and influencing decisions in families, societies, global and spiritual spheres of life and they must not be left to wrong hands.
The Child Care Department also caters to the Children Church.
Children between the ages of 2 and 10 undergo Foundation Training in line with Proverbs 22 Vs 6 which says, ‘train up a child in the way he should go, when he is old, he will not depart from it’.
Ministers in this department are natural born caregivers who have translated into Mothers, Nurses, teachers, Guidance and Counselling Executives, etc.

This department was created and is headed by Bishop St. Augustine Unuayan to glorify God, for God to speak to us and to edify each other. Their mission is to create an environment or atmosphere of praise and worship within the church. The Media Department is the mirror of the church. The department manages all the social media handles and caters to matters such as quality Public Relations and Advertisement for the Church. At it’s core, the ARM Media serve as the bridge between the church’s mission, the members and the rest of the world. The team not only manages the church’s communication strategy but they also craft stories that resonates in the hearts and minds of both the physical and online congregation. The Ministry has all the Men and Fathers in the congregation. At its core, men and fathers are empowered to understand and walk in their God – given roles as priests of their families. They also develop their spiritual gifts within the ministry to empower the effective operation of the church. Members also engage in activities that advance the spiritual, social and physical wellbeing and development of all by ministering specifically to the needs of men. The department is focused on helping men grow in their faith, develop healthy relationship with other men and become better leaders in their homes, in the Church and the community. The department is saddled with the core responsibility of maintaining orderliness in and out of the Church. Their primary duty is to ensure that no harm befalls any member of the Pastoral body especially the Bishop and invited Ministers during any church gatherings. This department is responsible for conducting research, developing new products, and technologies and improving existing systems within and for the church. Click [Join Now] to be a part of the team.
This unit ensures that the main Sanctuary, Bishop’s house and office, other offices, and the general surrounding of the place of worship are kept clean and orderly at all times. They regularly organise, maintain and enforce the observation of sanitation regulations in the Church. They coordinate all janitor related activities of the church and meet every 0800 on Saturday. The department serve and protect the lives and assets of members who are physically at all regular church activities. The members also act as custodians of church and members personal properties. Click [Join Now] to be a part of the team.
This is a service department at ARM and that is primarily responsible for ensuring that an atmosphere of reverence and order is maintained before, during and after all services and activities within the church. They also ensure that every thing is done excellently and decently and everyone enjoys a good worship experience. Click [Join Now] to be a part of the team. Â
The department is an arm of the church saddled with the responsibility to care and serve the poor and less privileged and needy members within the church and those within the church community. The members identify those in need within the congregation and discretely approach them to provide relief. The department has provided clothing and non – perishable food items, shelter, bursary, medicals amongst others things to the needy. At the core of it, the department is also responsible for all that concerns church membership wellbeing including advising, coordinating and managing events within the church. Their core responsibility is to provide spiritual guidance, encouragement, fellowship opportunities and support to women members within the congregation. The department focuses on the unique spiritual, emotional and social needs of women, to create a supportive and nurturing environment where women can grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships and address various challenges they may face in their personal lives. The department creates spaces for ladies to build genuine connections, provide mentorship in issues women face, and address topics that resonates with women experiences; help women grow spiritually, embrace their identities and contribute significantly to the growth of the church and society. The department is all about creating a balance between fun activities and spirituality – teaching adolescents more about God. The Youth Pastors lend a listening ear to their members, advising, guiding and pointing them to the Lord and also planning weekly gatherings and retreats. Click [Join Now] to be a part of the team.
